Shree Balaji Group ventured into the real estate sector in early 2005, and we’ve been crafting iconic spaces ever since. As a young company, we have successfully channelized the fervour of youth building almost eighty-lakh sqft of premium spaces in the last decade. Starting off in the fuel industry, Ashish ventured into the real estate market in 2005, and since then, has been credited for the phenomenal success of the company as one of India’s fastest growing enterprise. PRAMOD PAREEK– Group Head, Corporate Sales and Strategic Alliances

Pramod joined the group as head of corporate sales with an intensive15 years of professional experience in business development, sales and marketing, key account management, product launches, promotions and client relationship management. Prior to this, he was with Aditya Birla group, Reliance and Bajaj Allianz for their corporate sales verticals.

Pramod shoulders the responsibility for the entire corporate sales activity, apart from participating for the tie-ups of new brands, leasing opportunities and handling the over all promotional activities of the group to establish our presence in the international markets. He also plays a mentoring role in researching and evaluating new opportunities, developing the corporate marketing strategy and overlooking the execution of new tie-ups in existing set-ups and upcoming projects. He is commerce graduate and his experience is enhanced by his Masters’ degree in International Business Management.


SANJEEV MUDGAL – Group C.A.O. [Chief Administrative Officer]

Sanjeev joined the group as Group C.A.O. with an impressive experience of 27 years in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service, Team Management &  product Launch and indulged expertise in Financial / Strategic planning, Team building / Leadership, Financial management, Human Resources, General management, Advertising / Marketing, Operational management & Cost control. He has explored various industries down the lane, mastering the skills in Screening opportunities, investing in relationships, recognizing talent and prioritizing high-potential accounts, developing & implementing effective Marketing & Operational strategies through SWOT analysis.

Prior to this, as an entrepreneur, he was managing three companies engaged in the businesses of Agricultural Equipments, Financial Services & Corporate Solutions which are now in the smooth operations. Some highlighted achievements includes serving at Senior Management position in the organizations like DLF, ICICI Prudential & Bajaj Allianz.

Sanjeev, as C.A.O., is providing an overall direction to the organization through strategic planning, policy making, setting goals for departments and individual Professionals with the perspective of organizational growth. He’s a mentor for all, a natural leader and a motivator who collaborates with colleagues to implement policies and develops improvement. He is an English Literature Post Graduate nurtured with experience through years of hard work.


CA Dhaval H Shah Group CF&AO

A Chartered Accountant having total Finance and Operational experience of around 11+ years, from various Industries from textiles, Metal, Premium Packaging to Pharmaceutical Industries. He qualified his professional degree with flying colors in 1995 from ICAI. He is having the unique understanding of various functions of Business with Finance as his specialties. He has even proven his caliber abroad as a Country head for UK based Pharmaceutical products. In his journey of experience has passed through all the aspects of business rom funding the operation to Improving bottom line to growing the market share of the company. He will be mainly looking after Finance and accounts of the company.

In his journey till now he has managed many challenging portfolios in Listed companies and MNC”s. He has also proven the caliber of Improvising bottom Line to Liaising with Foreign Government for sensitive products to maximizing the sales as a Country Head of more than One country at a time. He will be supporting the Group especially for Vadodara Projects arranging the funding, monitoring proper recording of Accounts. He has fantastic skill for convincing the Investor be a bank or others for various upcoming Projects of the group.

Group has various expectations from him during the curse of constructing projects after arranging the finance, to share his best talent in contributing in various operational activities for cost effective, best utilization of resources to maximizing the yield per employee for increasing the net worth of the Group. Last but not least as a person from professional back ground, full of positivity and having best approach for motivating his team for best output and optimum cost and minimum time.
